Terms & Conditions
Offer available only to open and operating Comfort® branded hotels that receive the official invitation from Choice Hotels International, Inc. (“Choice”). Each eligible hotel may receive one (1) promotional credit of up to US$50 toward the purchase of eligible Comfort Waffle Day promotional t-shirts through the designated Sonic Promos ordering website.
To redeem the credit, the hotel must enter its valid property code during checkout. The credit will be applied to the qualifying order at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
The promotional credit:
· is limited to one (1) US$50 credit per eligible hotel;
· has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, refunds, or credits;
· is non-transferable and may not be assigned or combined with another hotel’s credit;
· may only be used toward eligible purchases made through the designated ordering website during the promotion period; and
· will be forfeited to the extent it is not used. Any unused portion of the credit will not be refunded or carried forward.
Hotels may place multiple orders during the promotion period; however, the total promotional credit available to each eligible hotel will not exceed US$50. Hotels are solely responsible for all costs, including shipping, taxes, and any purchase amount exceeding the available promotional credit.
Orders must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2026 (or such later date as Choice may communicate in its sole discretion). Choice reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Choice reserves the right to verify hotel eligibility and to deny, revoke, or reverse the promotional credit in the event of fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, use of an invalid or unauthorized property code, administrative error, or any attempt to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.
Choice and Sonic Promos are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected orders, technical issues, inventory shortages, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. All merchandise is subject to availability.
By participating, each hotel agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the ordering terms applicable to purchases through the Sonic Promos website.
